Whistleblowing
The whistleblowing is a formal channel through which employees, collaborators and other eligible persons can confidentially and securely report unlawful conduct, breaches of law or violations of the organisational model discovered in the course of their activities. It protects the reporting person and promotes legality, integrity and transparency within the organisation.
Confidentiality
All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality. The identity of the reporting person is protected in accordance with applicable law.
Whistleblower Protection
The reporting person is protected against retaliation, discrimination and penalties in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
What to Report
Unlawful conduct, regulatory breaches, accounting irregularities, safety risks or other conduct contrary to the organisational model.
